Update: Coffee and Candy Products Found In Both Countries

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and U.S FDA is warning that certain types of Mr. Brown 3-in-1 instant coffee and White Rabbit brand candy are being recalled because they might contain melamine. These products have been distributed across Canada and the United States. 

The recalls are part of the Government of Canada’s ongoing investigation into milk and milk-derived products sourced in/from China that may have been distributed in Canada. Melamine is a chemical compound used in a number of commercial and industrial applications. It has been confirmed by the Kansas Department of Agriculture these candies have been found for sale in the midwest states.
